I’m 44, living in sunny Spain, and I’ve been standing firmly on my own two feet for quite some time - confidently and with joy. I have two adult children: a son who has his own family, and a daughter who is studying at university and living with her boyfriend.

Their lives are settled, and now I finally have space for myself - to enjoy each day, grow, evolve, and welcome something new into my life.
